GDPR - Information to All Users
Dear user, We inform you that the New General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 came into force on 25 May 2018, this regulation makes all the countries of the European Union responsible for the protection and protection of personal data. Pursuant to article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (General regulation on the protection of personal data or GDPR), we inform you that the Company Sunawi agricultural company s.r.l. Failing that, the Company will not provide the requested service. The Company confirms that any processing of personal data will take place on the basis of an appropriate legal basis such as the legitimate interest of third parties or of the Data Controller, the fulfillment of legal obligations to which the Company is subject, the existence of a contract with the interested party or the consent of the interested party for one or more specific purposes. The data will be processed exclusively by personnel and legal entities expressly appointed as data processors. Apart from these hypotheses, the data will not be communicated to third parties or disseminated, except in the cases specifically provided for by national or European Union law. The data will be kept in compliance with the rules on the conservation of administrative documentation. Furthermore, the Company wishes to inform you that the data provided by you or otherwise acquired will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties for purposes other than the public interest, unless the specific treatment is authorized by an express provision of law or regulation.

The interested parties have the right to ask the data controller to access personal data and to correct or cancel them or limit the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (articles 15 and following of the GDPR, where applicable ). The interested parties can exercise the rights provided for by the art. 15 and following of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in particular the right to access your personal data, to request correction or limitation, updating if incomplete or erroneous and cancellation if the conditions exist, as well as to oppose their treatment . The appropriate application can be sent by email to the email address privacy@sunawi.it or delivered by post to the registered office of the Company. The interested party also has the right to revoke the consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that moment. The Data Controller is the company Sunawi agricultural company s.r.l. with registered office in Via Europa 77, Salò (BS) Italy. This information may be subject to changes and/or additions, also as a consequence of the applicability of the GDPR and any future regulatory changes and/or updates. The updated information is constantly available from the Owner.
