Our wines
Nature has given us five unique expressions that we have tried to capture and interpret as best we can: Terapia, Mace Ratio, Ancora, Lampo and Pet Not.
We try to intrude as little as possible into the already unrepeatable result that the vineyard offers us each year.
Sunawi is not meant to be a pure oenological exercise, but a mirror of nature.

Red grapes wine, with a refermentation phase in the bottle. Little carbonation along with a lot of pleasantness to make every sip delightful and satisfying. Tones of mulberries and cassis at the nose, refreshed with a very light volatility. Good even without bubbles.

Benaco bresciano Riesling IGT
Maceratio is a very high quality Italian Riesling, obtained from a 30-day maceration in cement and aging in fibreglass. An elegant vine that expresses itself perfectly if cultivated with little intervention on the land of Lake Garda. Maceratio releases all the characteristics of the varietal, without ever exceeding in inadequate oxidation. With a perfect balance between alcohol and tannins, this wine is capable of conquering anyone. Perfect in combination with poultry or roast meats.

PET NAT
Benaco bresciano Riesling IGT
Vintage 2022, characterised by alternating initially warm and subsequently mild climates, allowed the grapes to ripen exceptionally. The fruit is a slightly dry, very floral and extremely savory riesling. The refermentation, completely ancestral, is perfect, giving a lively and long-lasting bubble.

Benaco bresciano Riesling IGT
What a bummer, only 600bt of our best wine and they are all almost gone! No maceration here, we thought this a wine a soft refermented one, but in the end this did not happen and the grapes delivered us an excellent still white wine. Jasmine, orange blossom and plums open up on the nose, giving pleasantness and energy at every sip.
